About

I'm a PhD Candidate in the Web Information Systems group, TU Delft. My primary research goal is better understanding and accelerating human knowledge creation processes, by creating novel methods and tools for user modeling, recommendation, and crowdsourcing. My work finds its natural applications in online question answering, recommendation, human computation, and urban computing systems.

[Short Bio] I'm a member of ACM SIGWEB. I received my master degree with cum laude from TU/e, Netherlands. My master thesis was completed at Philips Research, where I worked on the problem of time series classification. Before, I received my bachelor degree from Zhejiang University, China.
